About the Role:
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that align with the brand and early childhood education standards.
- Collaborate with teachers to enhance lesson plans and ensure effective classroom delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and curriculum effectiveness.
- Facilitate professional development workshops for staff on curriculum best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and integrate them into curriculum design.
- Engage with parents and guardians to communicate curriculum goals and student achievements.
- Monitor and manage curriculum resources and materials to support classroom needs.
- Support the overall mission of The Learning Experience by promoting a positive learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. (Preferred)
- Lead teacher Certified for Infant/toddler and preschool.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum development or educational leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to adapt curriculum to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for fostering a love of learning.
- Proficient in using educational technology and resources.
